Snow CT445 compatable snowblower

Looking for a little guidance regarding a snow blower. I have a CT445 with a shuttle shift, according to the specs, PTO HP is 36.5. I have an opportunity to buy a Buhler Farm King 740 snow blower the owner thinks is 6 years old. his manual says the HP rating of the blower is 35-65 HP. I have checked the Farm King web site and they say tractor HP requirements are 40-70 HP. being that I'm on the low end of the HP rating do you think there would be any operational issues.
