Looking to buy a CT230 with 7TL bob-tach loader. Any issues storing this in garage with 7 ft. door. Rops folded of course.

No problem with the rops down. Less than 7' width and height:thumbsup: Length is a different story Almost 16' with a box blade and loader if I recall.

Great! I didn't think it should be a problem but I didn't have a spec on ROPS folded height and didn't want a surprise. Garage is 26" deep so should be alright.

I could not find any spec on the ROPS height, but overall height with loader shows that R4 tires vs R1 ag tires is about 2' lower. I have R1 ag and have to fold my ROPS to the first notch back from full height to get in 7' door. With R4 GP tires you may be able to get in the 7' door without folding ROPS. But with ROPS folded back ther is no concern whatever in going in 7' clearance.

No problems. I have a CT235 and it fits in the garage with the ROPS folded down to the slanted position.

It will not fit with the ROPS fully up. So, don't forget to fold them down before going into the garage ... it has been known to happen.

Perhaps some sort of sign I could hang up when going out to remind me "ROPS UP" is in order.

I'd hang a sign on the outside saying FOLD ROPS. :)

I have a 7' door but it has a 1" metal weather seal and with the ROPS at slanted position it just wants to take that out everytime. Since I would like some protection I have opted to change that seal to some kind of rubber material. And it is long.

You have reason now to put up that new workshop/garage you've been holding to build...:D

I have a CT230 with Ag tires. It's about 1.5" too tall with ROPS up to fit in my 8' door. Wonder if it would have fit with the other tires?:anyone:

According to the book the R1 tires are 1.7" taller than with R4. So you would have .2" clearance. You would clear but I would go drive through very fast or over inflate the tires.

Back in the day when wood was commonly used for garage doors there was a strip you nailed to the bottom, if you could find it this would make a decent weather strip for the top. It has a flat surface you nail through and about a 1 inch sealing flap.
