CS2510 - PTO and movement cause stall

Hi All - I have a 2016 Kioti CS2510. It quit on me while moving mulch yesterday, CEL light came on and it stalled. I can start the tractor, it will stay running and idle, and I can move the bucket up and down and move the throttle up and down. The minute I engage the PTO it will stall, and with maybe 10 seconds of trying to move forward or backward it will also shut off. Any idea how I can diagnosis the issue? Nothing leaking, all hoses are intact.

Mine did that while I was bush hogging, found a loose wire on the PTO Lever safety switch under the fender
