CS2410 Mid PTO power loss

Hello....
When mowing with my MMM I get into a little thicker/heavier grass the mower bogs down and almost stops , engine drops a little rpms. Mower would probably stop if I let it.
I changed oil and all filters, mower deck blades turn free. The mower would never flinch at mowing taller grass.
Any ideas , or point me in a direction would be appreciated.

Yeah that works.... but doesn't really solve the problem

Is the belt driving the blades slipping?

Should be a drive shaft--- for main drive. BUT-- the mower blade drive belt could be slipping. Is there a spring tensioner or a bolt / slide type adjust? That's the first place to start.

Hello Guys.... Sorry I abandon this thread. I have a few health issue unfortunately but things getting better.
I solved this issue... the PTO leverage is attached to a linkage that goes into the hydrostat , there is a adjustment on this linkage. I made a slight adjustment on the linkage and this solved the problem.

I not sure why this needed to be done... hoping is not to make up for some internal going on or just wear on the linkage. But it works for now.
