according to Kioti, that is the correct backhoe for your tractor, but it is supposed to be subframe mounted, not mounted to the transmission!.. KB2485 Backhoe | Kioti Tractors

The rear subframe mount replaces the draw bar mount on the tractor it is bolted to the back and the bottom of the rear end housing, and the front subframe mount bolts to the under side of the transmission housing.

Thanks to you all again. I'll try to get up to speed on what the mounting should look like via YouTube and possibly look at how other Kioti backhoes are mounted. Countrybumpkin, your comment helps a bunch in telling me what to look for where. Thank you.

Need anything let me know, I can try to get pics or what ever, I installed mine myself, then modified my back hoe to fit the subframe.

Second, you may want to consider not posting any more of the business side of the deal until it is 100% resolved.

And why is that? Why do you snub warranty discussions?

As he said there have been numerous cases where someone has come back later and requested that a thread be removed because the manufacturer is making that a contingency of covering something that would otherwise not be covered under the warranty.

I checked my 2018 CK4010 SEHC backhoe (KB2475) installation bolts and the subframe today for any issues. Everything looked good and saw no evidence of stress fractures or cracks around the case. No visual evidence of any hydraulic leaks. I now have 320 hours on the tractor, and about 150 hours using the Kioti backhoe for mainly culvert installation on the ranch.

My backhoe install has a total of 10 bolts; 4 bolts under the case and 6 bolts near the PTO, which secures the backhoe subframe to the transmission case. Photos are attached.

IMO cracks would indicate high stress has been applied to the mounting. Perhaps the stabilizer legs were not always supporting the backhoe during operations, and torque was applied to your mountings on the case, inducing stress fractures, which are now the cause of hydraulic leaks. Working "aggressively" breaking out a concrete pad with the backhoe may also create stress on the mounting.

I looked at mine yesterday and everything looked good. I wonder if the rear mount is twisted, putting uneven pressure on the case when the bolts are tightened? When the mount was fabricated maybe something was misaligned or not properly in the jig.

And thats why I opted to add a mini excavator to the herd instead of a tractor mount.
Many searches led to broken tractor mounts.
John Deere was (seemed) the worst. Some of the main issues were cracked to broken axle and transmission housings.
$3000.00 plus for replacement axle housings plus labor each side.

Isn't that an impeachable offense?

Humor aside, making a fuss about problems on the internet is the cause of lazy OEMs to fix stuff. The policy of snubbing only serves the OEM, not the customers that simply wants things fixed.

Thank you all for the additional thoughts. My tractor has been with the dealer since Oct 11 and I haven't taken the time to visit it, look for all the things that have been suggested and really inspect the BH mounting system, since starting this thread. I'll keep you all posted.
