Couple of simple Case 530 questions

What is (or where can I find) the proper tire pressures for my '64 Case 530 loader backhoe? Also, what is the shift-lever on the right hand side between the brake pedals & the steering wheel? Is it a high-lo range or some kind of torque converter control? Thanks in advance!

Lever is probably high/low range. 4 speed manual with forward/reverse lever on the left? Gives 8 speeds for and aft.

Rear tires usually about 30, fronts maybe 35. Tires have some tiny print giving the mas inflation pressure.
