Rotary Cutter CountyLine Rotary Cutter for a NH TC35a?

I was looking at getting an off brand cutter a few years ago and my brother made a good point to me, he said "in 10 years where are you going to get parts for it?". I wound up with a Woods Brush Bull 6' off c-list for $1,350 in real good shape.

I don't think parts would be a problem. I have an old brand undetermined 4' cutter that I bought just to knock down several blackberry patches and do a primary cut on an overgrown horse pasture. It is probably 30 to 40 years old but with a little search, I could replace all of the normal wearing parts. i.e. driveline, gearbox, stump jumper, blades. The reason I haven't is the deck is rusted through and cracked in numerous spots, so it isn't worth it. The rust through due to the design that traps water and debris, the cracks due to age and abuse. The County Line is designed the same way and should be cleaned and stored dry to get maximum life out of it.

All the time God is good!

I have the 5 foot countryline. I use it to maintain 18 acres of established pasture. It is fine. I would not want to shred a bunch of over grown brambles. It was fine for waist high weeds.

While you're shopping TSC, ask about the Bad Boy Cutters.
I think they're built better than the County Line.
