Fed rate 0%....as this flu starts to disappear in the coming months...the backed up demand is going to explode.....if anyone was on the fence about buying a piece of property.......you may not see this opportunity again anytime soon.

One has to wonder what the new 'normal' will be?
It going to be a learning experience for the majority of us...those with the best insight will be ahead of the game...

It's really about the "curve"...the flatter it can be kept the better...so until there is clearer vision of how bad it will get every American should be doing anything they can to prevent the spread...it's not brain surgery...

Sure there are odds everything is being blown out of proportion but until we know it's best to be prudent and denying it's nothing is simply being misguided...

Supposedly warmer weather makes for a less favorable environment for viruses like CV...the spring blooming season and all the pollen is going to make things awkward for people with the seasonal allergies when out in public...

Ya probably so Slash, but a lot of us already have been practicing self isolation for a long time . . .

At 87 yo I guess i should kiss my azz "Goodby".....

However, I am living alone and staying at home. Hope to get some outside chores done, when this cold & drizzle ever stops. But for "four months".....That's hard to imagine as my "new normal". This TBN site is fun to follow even with grim predictions....got lots of good reading to do also.

Cheers,
Mike

California joins Ohio and Illinois in closing bars. Restaurants are advised to go to half occupancy.

Gov. Newsom asks California bars to close, tells older residents to isolate due to coronavirus

abbreviated quotes:

home isolation of everyone in the state over age 65, the high-risk population

closure of bars, wine bars, breweries and pubs

restaurants to reduce their occupancy by half ... [and provide] curbside food service and at-home food deliveries.

will be setting up a system to help get food to needy home-bound seniors.

prohibit visitors to nursing homes except in end-of-life circumstances.

earlier in the day Rep. Devin Nunes (R, California) had encouraged people to go out to restaurants. ' It's a great time to go out '

True story. Just closed on a 55 acre farm property 3 weeks ago. Yesterday, my realtor told me once this virus clears up, or is contained, I could relist it for tens of thousands more. Mostly due to the interest rates dropping and it's a very desirable rural property with 2/3rd's prime farmland.

Time to dump the all you can eat buffet format, buy some shelving and open up a liquor store. Or funeral parlor.

I struggle with restrictions. Not that I'm against them. Just that the people that need to be restricted, not intelligent enough to restrict themselves, won't adhere to them......

Oh, I don't know about that. Things get out of hand here. I never criticize the Administrator, after all, it's his website. Sometimes Moderators might not do exactly what I would have done. But, I don't want their job. So I rarely complain about them. My complaints are usually about members that intentionally go down that rabbit hole with malicious intent.

Spoken perfectly Richard . . . It's his site period, let's not get into this amendment talk . . .

Well last comment before we drop that diversion - "Freedom Of Speach" as the complainers would say regards only oppression of speech by our government. Nothing broader. Irrelevant here.

But ain't it so, Brother. A very rational reaction and perspective that I'm sure is shared by many here. :)
