They are beautiful possibly Day Lily's, Tiger Lilly's here do have spots like Fuddy mentioned.

Working to de-brush a retired weld shop and spied these flowers. Tiger lilies?
No. Some kind of day lilies. The leaves are long and slender, coming from the ground.

Tiger lilies have leaves that come off of the stem, like this.
