converting a tow behind aerator to 3pt

Dan,

Does your Kubota have a draw bar with a hole in it?
If it does, why not attach the aerator to the bx24 as you
did to the lawn tractor?

It does, but I would have to stop, get off the tractor, lower the wheels, get back on the tractor, go through or across what ever I did not want aerated, get back off the tractor, raise the wheels, etc. I could reach the handle from my old lawn tractor, but not from the BX. Also with the amount of weight I need to get good aeration of my soil (very compacted) the handle/wheels were getting quite a workout along with my one arm reaching way back to grab the handle.

It does matter. The three-point hitch model will actually try to move the implement sideways through the dirt when you turn because it is aft of the rear axle. The difference in speed between in outer and inner tines is no big deal compared to this.

Just watch the wheels on a rear mount mower when you're in a tight turn. The aerator would be trying to do the same thing.
