Yep, good description of Draft Control and possible problem.

I think until the OP has more experience with draft control he should avoid using it. Simply use the 3pt position control function.

Adjustments are not the secret. Repetitions are.

I make adjustments all the time and here’s some of my work. It’s about as close to golf course smooth as you can get. Ok I didn’t even use a box blade to do that but I still made a lot of adjustments.

It is about "repetitions"...EXCEPT the FEWER the BETTER (unless you're milking a job...duh!)...FYI, the more effective each pass is fewer passes will be required...

I think you need to familiarize yourself with the tractor's 3pt hitch system. Specifically the difference when using the position control lever versus using the draft control.

After you've mastered this then you can educate yourself regarding a hydraulic toplink. It requires rear hydraulics and a fine touch.
