Control levers

I picked up a Golden Jubilee and am in the process of draining / changing all the fluids. It had sat outside uncover for 3 years.
Looking over the tractor the two small levers on either side of the operator station (see pics) have me wondering about their use. Likely use of the tractor will be bush hogging & snow removal, possibly some driveway and trail maintainence / grading.

ps. My search function seems to be broken. Point, lift, lever, control, draft all returned zero results.

The lever on the left side turns your pto on and off.
The lever on the right switches between draft control and position control on your 3 point.

Looks like you also have a set of rear remotes on it.
