Contacting Kubota Credit

Hello friends,
I sent Kubota a large check to pay off my tractor. According to my on-line bank the check was "processed" on 02/03/03. However, when I call Kubota's automated phone number it says I still owe a balance (02/08/03). Does anyone know of a phone number I can call to talk to a human being at Kubota?
