For those that don't, peak to peak is the full wave, peak is the half wave, rms is .707 ( I think ) of peak( and incedentally, rms is the usual choice for dc work comparisons), and averages is .414 of peak..( again.. Ii think.. been along time since school ).

So they are rating their motor at the extreme end of its operating range for rpm... and rating hp as a product of current draw at stall conditions. Nice truthfull guys... especially when you point out that operating range is about half of their max... they should have posted some typical data, for the work range, etc.
