:thumbsup:Very nicely done. If you have some proccess pictures they would be welcome too. What are you using for a bearing/bushing at the pivot points? I really like the neat plumbing that you did.

I know I took more pictures but, I cant figure out what happened to them. Guessing they were on my wifes camera and she deleted them.

For bushing Im using 1 1/4" 1/4" wall tube. Its the same as the loader I copied. I'm debating rather the 3/4" pins are heavy enough but, I think they should be. You figure I pull 12k # on my trailer using a 3/4" pin in the hitch. They are also in double shear and well supported so... should be fine.

Nice job. Thanks for the thread.

I was going to build a loader for my B6200 but got sidetracked. Then I ended up selling it andupgraded to a B2620 with loader. I needed more pto horsepower for my blower and wanted a rototiller.

X2 on the nice plumbing. Those hard lines really make the job look professional. How hard was it to do hard lines?

I was thinking, perhaps erroneously, that most small CUT loaders used 25 mm or 1 in. pins.

as a hobby I build rc rockcrawlers from brakeline tubing. Needless to say I am very used to bending tube and getting it exactly as I want it.

I really appreciate all the compliments. Having never undertaken a project like this, I am very nervouse to put power to it the first time.

As a side note... I have 3 more hydraulic cylinders sitting here, I need to figure something out to build.

How about adding a grapple?

You also 'need' forks! You will wonder how you lived without them.

I went to hook up the loader tonight, wouldnt you know, one of the hoses thats on the tractor is a 1/4" and I only have 3/8" fittings. Guess it will be Monday before I can test (the dang thing better work first thing!).

Believe it or not, it worked first try... well sort of. The hydraulics had loads of leaks once under pressure, I must have spent an hr chasing them all. I also am going to have to redo the manifold area on the right arm. I do not like how it is laid out so Ill have to get a flaring tool and move where some stuff is at.

Ill get some pictures later of it working .

As for tube bending, I have 3-4 different brakeline benders that I use. All have different aspects I like depending on what kind of bend I am doing.

Looks nice on your tractor!- That's a great job to be proud of.:)

Again, truly great job! Now that you have the FEL in full function mode, take it from me...please be careful. You will quickly find that the loader can have the front end doing nose stands with little problem and on a 2 wheel drive that leaves you w/o power or brakes. You always should use the heaviest implement/counterweight you have available, carry all loads as close to the ground as possible and read up on general loader safety practices if you're not familiar. The grey markets especially tend to be a little narrow and that doesn't help either. It took me a little while to realize my old tractor had an entirely new personality....mostly better but it can be really easy to put one its side if you're not used to using a loader.
