Coating for mower decks

My shreader deck started to rust, sp i had it hot dip galvanized. 14 years old now and will last my lifetime.

Same could be done for a mower deck

The topic interested me, so I looked for slick plate, and ended up finding Slip Plate. It's a dry film lubricant, and I'm assuming that's what you were referring to. I found it in aerosol or paint on liquid, with some decent prices on ebay.

The NeverWet product is new. I've used Mower Guard but didn't find it much better than the standard finish for snow and ice: not sure about grass.
