Clutch troubles

Hi guys just a warning really

I noticed that the clutch seemed to have a lack of feel to it and at times would grind before going in to gear not every time just once in a while

so tried to adjust the free play last night and ran out of adjustment so i pulled out the inspection plug to have a look and couldn't believe what i saw

the release bearing had all but worn through the release levers

so i split the tractor tonight not to bad a job all apart in just over the hour

it turns out the release bearing had seized up solid


I just can't believe there was no noise looking at the damage

from now on i will take a look when i service it

But thats life i guess
