I have ym2000 that leaks fluid where the rod attached to the clutch pedal enters the bellhousing. How can I replace that bearing?

If it is where I'm thinking, I don't think there is supposed to be any fluid. Can you post a picture?

Yes its supposed to be dry in the bellhousing. You have either a rear main engine oil seal leaking or the front transmission seals leaking. I personally wouldnt worry about it until it starts causing problems such as clutch slippage or excessive oil consumption.

Yet your correct there should be nothing in there. These tractors were designed to run in deep water and thus have a drain plug in the bottom of the bell housing. Its a square headed plug about 1/4 inch. I would just pull it out right now so that the fluid does not get on your clutch. Its either hydro fluid or engine oil like stated previously.

Might be something as simple as a leaking drain plug.

There is not a drian plug into the bell housing. The drian plug i refer to is in the bell. Its used to drain any water fluid that makes its way into there that should NOT be there
