Clutch noise

My tractor has set up for 2 months without being started. When I started it up there is a chatter with the clutch pedal depressed. It doesn't make the noise with the pedal up and it didn't make it the last time I drove it before it set up. Is it time for a throw out bearing?

That (throw-out bearing) would be my initial guess too.
