clutch adjustments

I have a C-70 McCormick tractor two wheel drive no cab, does anybody know how to get some instructions on adjusting the clutch cable that comes from the rear of tractor under the running board and to cultch pedal , does not want to go in gear until I pull out on the cable have adjusted it as long and as short as it will go something is not right holt50
