Lot of good info given so far,but how thick this brush also any steep slopes etc..???maybe small dozer w/one blade wide pass...save alot of work and easy to keep clean.

I was able to bruch some really stepp slope that require that I go from tree to tree for handholds. I had to shutdown and restart the brushtrimmer many, many times :(, but it really was not safe an idea. My wife was not happy :( with me about this aspect of the trail clearing "project". Jay

Garth,

We are trying to keep roughly a mile of wooded property boundries clear so we bought a DR Brushcutter. The DR will work you to death if you let it but it does more, faster, and easier then A hand held machine. Each has its good and bad points. Just depends on your needs, pocket book, and property.

Later,
Dan
will go where a DR Brushcutter won't.
