Under my seat there's a air vent that sits on top of the tractor casing. Every time I use the backhoe there's hydro fluid that leaks out of this air vent all the way down the back of the rear of the tractor. The higher the rpm's the more that flows out. It only happens while using the backhoe. Its not hook to any hydro lines and I asked the dealer if it's also like a check valve. He says no..... that air can flow either way. I'm waiting to hear back from him also but was wondering if anyone here might know what it sounds like. Before noticing this the hydro level was where it should be and after noticing it I refilled back to where it should be and it still happens so its not being over filled.

I have a 2015 ck3510 with a grapple and every time I use it hydro fluid comes out the same vent you are talking about. I was also wondering if this was common. This is my first tractor and besides some minor issues it has been great.

I don't think its normal because I would have to ad hydro fluid to replace what leaves out every time I use the backhoe. Are you running your grapple off one of the rear remotes?

Yes I am running it off the remotes. I have checked the fluid level and it was a little high after I removed some of the fluid to the correct level it did slow down coming out a bit. It does however still slowly leak out. It doesn't do it when I use the loader just the grapple it almost seems like there is to much pressure going through the rear remotes but I have no idea if there is away to turn it down a little. I also contacted the dealer and they didn't seem to concerned. I don't really know what to do next. They are coming out to do the 50 hour service next week and I will show them again. I was using the bush hog today and hit a stump and when I did my 3 point quit going up and down after it sat for a few mins it started working again so I don't think that is normal either

My CK3510H has leaked oil from day one. The tractor has been at the dealer more than at home. Good thing I kept old faithful (2000 LK3054) around to fill in. I am pretty frustrated to say the least.

I got a call back from the dealer and he said that Kioti knows about the problem and has a kit they are sending to fix it. From what I understand they will be installing this fix kit to all the ck3510/4010's on the lot also, so it was a design issue??? So hopefully soon I will receive the kit.

Update
Wednesday my dealer sent out a tech to install the kit that took a couple hours to install. The right rear tire had to be removed along with the seat and a couple brackets under it. It was an easy fix and only took a couple hour because it was the techs first kit he installed...... and mainly from removing the seat, tire, brackets and loosing the rear romote valve etc.
