CK30 Warranty

I bought a Kioti CK30HST in NOV 08 after doing a lot of research. With a little over 200 hours over the last 2 1/2 years I would say I am fairly happy with my tractor, but I have a few issues that will likely need dealer attention. While doing my research I was interested in the warranty and my research notes indicate the CK30 had a 4 year bumper-to-bumper warranty. I contacted Kioti (through the HQ web site) last week and they responded today telling me that the loader has a 1 year warranty and the tractor has a 2 year bumper-to-bumper warranty and a 4 year power train warranty. So all my problems are outside the warranty period. Has the Kioti warranty policy changed since I purchased my tractor or was I just plain wrong in the first place?

Maybe this from the Kioti web site will help. There is a purchase date that comes into play for the four year on the engine and driveline. I bought mine in April of 2005, it had a three year on the engine and driveline. Bumper to bumper was two years. You may just have the three year on the engine and driveline considering your purchase date.
