I would not recommend any one to run a 540 implement in 1000rpm
I understand that you may be keeping that implement a the proper speed, But you will be doing damage to the tractor....The tractor RPM's are what helps keep the tractor running at the proper temp. by lugging the tractor the fan is not spinning as fast as you need to keep the engine and hydraulics cool, you will end up creating more heat and breaking down the oils faster.
If you still choose to run pay very close to the temp.
