CK30- Kioti loader failure

It looks to me the cover plate is just that and provides no structural support and the opening is flexing.
On out of warranty loaders I would get a another cover plate the same thickness or one size greater as the frame and add about 12 grade 8 bolts to what is already there.

Just the fishing of that hose pack through it's route up the frame would be a chore---maybe a "flat rater" would skip a step, but your right- hoses would be char broiled...

Seems like the hoses could be covered with a heat shield(the stuff for muffler/manifolds), and that would be easier than pulling everything out. Heck, even fiberglass insulation might work?

Well, the loader's fixed. I hope to go pick it up tomorrow. I will likely post to a new thread some photos of the repair. I have ben suffering loader withdrawl, not able to smoosh down blackberries and then mow them. I'll of course have some pics.
