CK2510 poor preperation by dealer

With his Dealer prep he better check twice then.:D How often should I check richeyvs?

My Owners Manual says to check these bolt/nut torques every 50 hours. Yours may differ. On my 2006 DK45s, the bolts/nuts snugged up slightly the first couple times but stayed tight after that. I don't do a great deal of loader work

My loader bolts never did loosen neither did my wheel bolts. I do check once a month still.

have been hearing more and more about kioti not standing behind there dealers lately. i hope this is just a small problem kioti makes a great product but with out a partnership with quality dealers i can't see how they can prosper. mahindra is dealer hungry and growing.

I think you read this wrong. The Dealer is not standing for Kioti.

i got it . my thoughts were that you may be dealing with this dealer due to loss or lack of more competent dealer. hopefully it all works out for you I'm a kioti fan always have been & i hope they continue to be great product. i feel they r on the right track product wise but if they were to have no competent dealers? i for one would miss them. but thats just me.

I should add that my tractor had 200+ hours on it when I got it and the dealer had previously done all scheduled servicing. So it's not surprising that the nuts and bolts needed little tightening.

About a year later this dealer lost his Kioti franchise because (according to him) he would have to buy and display $350K of Kiotis to keep his Kioti franchise. It was a SLOW time for tractor sales (2010 or 2011, I think) so I'm sure this dealer made the right decision when he declined Kioti's deal, He switched to selling LS until he discontinued selling tractors entirely last year. He's a good guy and still sells high-end mowers and does auto repair.
