CK25 vs CK30 Buyer!

it seems alot of owners want the quick "fix" (i.e. take a loader off a new tractor) while they are waiting for the cure.

Actually only one owner has suggested that in passing and that owner has been without his tractor for quite a while as it sits at the dealer awaiting repair/replacement.

If you read the threads on loader cracking carefully you will see an occasional yelp for immediate recall etc but most people have been pretty open to the idea of a well engineered and tested repair program.

What is not so well tolerated is Kioti's lack of communication with either dealers or customers. Where is the simple company statement acknowledging the problem and asking for patience while a fix is properly engineered?

Kioti is developing a black eye as a result of this loader business but it is no one's fault but their own.

Kioti's lack of communication with dealers???
This is the mis-information which riles me. Rick Wallace has spoken to Kioti numerous times, Becky has spoken to Kioti (see previous post) as I'm sure Jon Depratt has. It's a non-safety issue. As evidenced by the responses from the dealers (also by HB), Kioti is working on the problem.
As requested by HB, I'll keep an eye on my loader, but for all intents and purposes, I'm done with this loader cracking business.

You cite the experiences of a few high volume highly connected dealers. My dealer was fed a line of BS by the Kioti service department when he called for advice. It was not until I provided him with Bearhawks list of 11 cracked loaders that Kioti bothered to have a regional rep contact my dealer and explain the real story.

This is not a stellar job on Kioti managements part in managing what is perhaps a tempest in a teapot but a self inflicted PR fiasco none the less.

Ok Now this is just MY opinion here (not Kioti's)
I am not picking on IslandTractor here, I just don't have the time to go back and read all the posts.

( If you read the threads on loader cracking carefully )
I don't honestly know how anyone can find the time to to read ALL of these posts, nevermind carefully.
And after a while they all start sounding the same.

( What is not so well tolerated is Kioti's lack of communication with either dealers or customers. )
Just some simple math here - and it's just a ballpark estimate
There are about 250 Kioti dealers in the US, in the past 2 years we've (Batchelder Sales) sold over 200 Kioti tractors.
250 X 200 = 50000 tractors in 2 years.
Now how is Kioti supposed to be able to call everyone back?

This is what the YOUR dealer is for.
YOUR dealer is not there to just sell you a tractor,
He's there to assist you after he puts your hard earned money in his pocket.

Keep on YOUR dealer when you have a problem. He/she is your BEST contact to Kioti.

Again just my opinion
