Actually only one owner has suggested that in passing and that owner has been without his tractor for quite a while as it sits at the dealer awaiting repair/replacement.
If you read the threads on loader cracking carefully you will see an occasional yelp for immediate recall etc but most people have been pretty open to the idea of a well engineered and tested repair program.
What is not so well tolerated is Kioti's lack of communication with either dealers or customers. Where is the simple company statement acknowledging the problem and asking for patience while a fix is properly engineered?
Kioti is developing a black eye as a result of this loader business but it is no one's fault but their own.
