I recieved a Fax today from Kioti, addressed to all dealers, stating that the problem has been reported to them and that engineering is working on a solution and that they will advise us when that is ready. The Fax indicated that no failures of these loaders have been reported. Becky's post about engineers visiting thier facility seem to confirm that Kioti is in fact responding, to this issue. I personally have no reason to doubt that they will handle this situation properly...given reasonable time. My point is they are communicating with the dealers. The information is now also in the dealer only portion of the Kioti website, as are all service bullitens, marketing programs etc.
