ck20 engine will not shut down with key

greetings all.... its been a while since my last post but i have been checking in from time to time.... well i've only managed to put 38 hrs on since april delivery..... but still 38 hrs of fun...... only problem with the ck20h is that the ignition key will NOT shut down the engine. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif.... have to use the emergency pull..... my service guys have taken a look but no luck fixing it yet.... has anyone else had this problem ?

Never seen it happen before but it sounds like the engine stop solenoid or one of the components that trigger its not working. Shouldn't be hard of a fix. I would just start at the solenoid and work my way back from there.

No, hasn't happened to me, or anyone I know of. Like Jon said, the solenoid is probably not working correctly. Did they try a different switch to eliminate that as a cause?

EDIT: I'd keep my eye on the battery to make sure everything is really off as well until you get this repaired. J
