I am still trying to decide if I'm going to buy this machine but the dealer has stated he might not have the Kioti backhoe instock. If so what would be the best choice for an aftermarket and what would it cost. Also how much should the dealer take off of the orgingal quote that he had gave me that had included the kioti backhoe.

I have no idea what the dealer was quoting for the backhoe. You should always get a break down of each item so that you can deal with just this type of situation.

If it does, thats a bonus as the Kioti loaders are junk. I can say that since I am having problems with mine and Kioti is not stepping up. I will be making another thread, I'm just too angry right now.

I agree with KiotiJohn that the Woods is probably the best choice. I have the Kioti KB2365 and am perfectly happy with it but there are some advantages to the Woods, especially the newer models. In addition to the 4pt mount and less obtrusive subframe, you can order them with a factory thumb.
Regarding cost of the KB2365, my dealer charged me $4800 installed. He threw in a set of rear remotes as he had installed them without asking me if I wanted them. (At the time I had no idea they would be useful for other things and were I to buy again today I'd gladly pay to have them installed)
I don't see how the FEL would determine which BH you could buy. There is no connection that I can envision. Maybe KiotiJohn can explain the possible connection.

He has had a tough time due to a particular and well documented defect in older (that is not current production) FELs for both the CK20 and CK30. Unfortunately the manufactuer did not radius the corners so they have been cracking. The design fix is trivial and already implemented. The repair is also fairly easy (drill the end of the crack to prevent it extending then grind and weld the crack. Finally, weld in a radius piece so it doesn't happen again. A competent welder should be able to do all that in a couple of hours)....poor Highbeam got butchered by some imbicle who tried to turn his FEL into an ersatz version of the Golden Gate Bridge. Fixed but UGLY. We have all supported the notion that Kioti should step up to the plate and replace the FEL as the repair was so bad. Seems like he is having trouble and it sounds like we will hear more on that topic. However, my point is that the Kioti FELs are actually quite good except for this now solved problem that should not affect new purchases (if the dealer has old stock make them check and weld in the radius pieces before you take delivery).
