CK 20s Tach Not Working

Hey all,

I had my wiring harness replaced yesterday and all along thought the issue w/ dash and tail lights not working when in headlight switch was in the highbeam selection, that the switch was bad. After watching the tech replace the harness, I still had the same dash/tail light issue and suggested replacing the switch. Of course after replacement, the dash/tail light issue was rectified.

I really didn't pay attention the ensure the tach was working, but it's not. Please help me in narrowing down the problem. I surmise that either the dash connectors are hooked up in the wrong slot or there's a loose connection somewhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Checked every single connection and found nothing loose or questionable. Kind of perplexed at this time!

I intend to, but was hoping to fix before then. It was replaced on 9/26.

The tachometer fior the CK20S is controlled from an alternator signal. Make sure The yellow wire at the back of the alternator is plugged in.
