( How is ebay handling selling used imported tractors. I've seen quite a few examples from other countires.. specifically india.. with no rops )

Can't see where eBay could care one way or another, they're just a glorified flea market.

As far as your ROPS question though, OSHA made them mandatory way back in Oct '76 for all agricultural and material handling tractors over 20hp (net). The list of exemptions is short: WAC296-307-8015. At one time, I thought a certificate of exemption had to accompany the tractor, justifying the lack of an installed ROPS. But I can't find anything to back that up any more.

I asked them about ROPS on their Mitsubishi clone tractor. Here is their response.

I got the same answer from her this afternoon. You just beat me to the forum with it. I'll bet they finish assembling the next tractor before putting photos on eBay.
