China Dozer Controls

Hey there. Im so used to using a Case and the three foot pedals, that i dont even know how to use a China dozer. Im considering buying one but id like to learn how to use it first. I have some pictures here for reference.

Now, i understand the transmission controls in the middle on picture number two and the controls on the left side, but whats the little lever right next to the seat? Im only assuming that when you are driving forward that when you press on the left pedal it skids left and same with the right pedal correct?

THese pictures are of the hydraulic clutch version, the dozer is also avialbe with a clutch pedal and two steering pedals, but reverse is back on the main gearbox. I have a couple of these ordered, of course Farm Pro offers the standard trans model as does Northern.

Oh thanks. Speaking of clutch, where is it on this dozer? I remember seeing an option for a hydraulic clutch and just a regular clutch model, never did understand what it all meant. I was hoping someone would have pictures of the cockpit of the new style dozer controls.

your pictures are of the "new" hydraulic shuttle type (been around a couple years at least). Unless my mind it totally muddled, (and it probably is) the standard trans has a clutch on the left and two steering/brake pedals on the right, I have sold a few of these, but it has been about 6 or7 months since Ive sat on one.
