Chile Renellos...Recipe anyone?

Farmgirl, I have a verbal recipe for the cheese "Chile rellenos". For the spelling police I used my Spanish keyboard on my phone.
Stuff one pablano pepper with white Mexican cheese "queso fresco".
Dip it in eggs and then roll it in flour just like fried chicken.
Fry it up till done and enjoy.

You are very welcome, but I didn't tell her a pretty, blonde, country girl wanted her recipe. I try to avoid those conversations.
