Checking hydraulic flow

OK, I have read the discussion from a couple weeks ago about open and closed center hydraulic systems. What I would like to do is be able to check 3 things:

Open or closed system...how do you check which system a particular tractor has?

PSI...how do you check what psi a tractor develops?

Flow rate...How do you check the flow rate of a hydraulic pump?
