Checked oil in Isuzu generator

I just checked the oil in the Isuzu 12.5kw generator. It's still bright and clear and to the top after nearly two years. Think it still has less than 20 hours on it. It ran for quite a while recently during a power failure. Wife was even able to run the dryer on it. That circuit is connected to one of the 6 that monitors generator capacity vs. use.

oil still breaks down just sitting there. I wouldn't push the oil past a year without a change even if all it did was a weakly/monthly test run . . . cheap insurance.
