While greasing today I noted a missing motor mount bolt. I checked the other three on that side and all were loose. The other side was all right.

Mine is a DK40se with just over 200 hrs but I'd imagine this is an issue for all tractors. I routinely check BH subframe mounts with each oil change but had not checked motor mounts before. I will now.

I try and give my tractor a quick look every once in a while for loose or missing bolts but so easy to miss stuff, will have a look tomorrow. Thanks for the pic as well.

Interesting note: after calling my dealer for a replacement bolt, they needed to know 1) which side of the tractor and 2) specifically which of the four bolts was missing. Apparently these motor mount bolts are not all the same even on the same tractor. I think the parts guy told me there were three different sizes on one tractor even though all the heads are 19mm and look the same. Weird.

The lengths are all different, I doubt the diameter is different. I have had one missing since the tractor was new. The dealer gave me a replacement bolt that was too long.

I'm sure you are right. The bolt heads are all 19mm.

There is also a lock washer coming to you.;)
Make sure you use red lock-tite when installing them.

Thanks Rick. Glad to know your orange team is still working to support us even though you now seem fascinated by those weird albino tractors these days.
