5” of rain in a couple of hours last evening. Good gully washer. 20-25 miles any direction no rain.

Very little washout in 0.5 mile main driveway, 0.3 secondary and miles of dirt. Creek waterfall sounds good from the back porch.

Land plane has made more difference in the last 3 years than the previous 40 with grader and box blades. Being able to keep the road bed pitched to get water off with the least disturbance, aggregate classified for the best compaction and aggregate recovery. Easy to fix road for rain again today.

Using Everything Attachments brand land leveler has held up well. Most wear is to the side skids. The blades have held up well to a few large rocks poking up. Now the road bed is built up level around them.

If I got 5" of rain in a couple hours - I'd have to be wearing SCUBA gear right now. I use my Land Pride LPGS w/scarifiers very successfully on my mile long gravel driveway. Up one side - back the other side. This way it will not remove the crown.
