Charger for an AGM deep cycle battery for electric fence

Hi everybody. I have big problems with deer and other animals that are practically eating everything in my garden. So I'm going to install an electric fence. The charger will be powered by an AGM deep cycle battery of 69 AH which will be charged by a 20 W solar panel. Given the shade due to tall trees, I believe the battery will need at times to be recharged by an electric charger. And here is my problem: can anybody recommend me a good and reliable charger that will be good for the AGM battery but also fort that of the Kubota and truck I have in case I need it?

I have a Ctek charger. Ive used it to charge AGM batteries and it worked fine. However the AGM wasnt a deep cycle. Ive also used my Ctek to charge deep cycle lead acid batteries in my camper, and it worked well for that. I think its a pretty good charger, but its pretty slow (3.3 amps if i remember) so it works best as a maintenance charger, or when you can wait several hours to get the batttery charged.
