I am leaning on purchasing a TC29D or B2910. I seem to take the mmm on and off alot. One very important consideration in buying one of these cuts is the swabbing of the mmm. Can anyone share how easy of hard and about much time it takes to change it out. Also, if anyone would care to describe the operation, I sure would appreciate it. Thanks for the input.

For a 914A on a TC25D;

1. Raise front of tractor with FEL.
2. Lower deck to ground
3. Pull 4 safety/cotter pins
4. Pull 4 pins
5. Disconnect driveshaft
6. Slide deck from underneath tractor.

Total time: 5 minutes

If u don't have FEL use 1' long RR ties and pull front wheels up on them AFTER taking out the front pins.
I do this on my 35D and mower comes right out.
Less than 5 minutes, more like 3 in the floor is clean.

I have a 24D w/ the 914A 60"MMM, I personally can take it off and put it on faster than I can attach my 4' KK rotary. As someone said 4 pins and it is off. Does make it easier if you lift the front w/ FEL or blocks. 5 minutes on or off is probably on the high side. Biggest problem is I do mine on grass and it can be tough to slide under usually not a problem sliding it out though.

I have a Kubota B2910 and bought a NH TC24D for mowing!
