Changing OIL Filter

I hava a Mahinda 4500,,,2002. I need to change my oil filter, and change my oil out on my tractor. I want to check what are the correct procedures to do this. There is a bolt at the bottom of my oil box, I assume I remove this bolt, let the oil deain out and refill the oil back.
1. How many Quart's of oil do I need to fill the oil pan back up?
2. What kind of oil do I use for tractor oil?
3. Is there ant thing else I need to do besides removing the oil pan bolt, and filter, when doing a oil change.
