Changing from riggid ROPS to foldable

I have an L2800 with riggid ROPS, I am tired of catching branches etc. with the tall riggid ROPS, my land is 95% flat so majority of the time I don't see the need for the ROPS, when I purchased the tractor all the L2800/3400 had riggid ROPS but now all of them (on the dealers lot) has foldable ROPS.
Has anyone made this switch and how muchs money am I looking at?
I have a call in to my dealer but he has not called me back with a price.

Check with a local welding fab shops for an estimate..Bet they can do it cheaper. Really not all that difficult...you'll get some "liability" complaints from memebers but as long as you trust the shop..thats all that matters..
