Pro's and any Con's to front chain guards?

My apologies Foggy, I missed the part about your interest in a front guard. The negative experience I related was with chains over the rear discharge.

Since you're striking out here, perhaps you might consider asking kkparts@kingkutter.com if they even make such an animal. If KK doesn't even offer one, that might be your answer right there.

Thanks Greg.....I emailed KK from the information you gave. Hopefully they will give a response.

I hate to be so adamant about this....but if I can see the blade tips swinging from the operators seat.....then I worry about getting hit with stuff during operation. Lotsa snow on the ground now....so a good time for projects like this. Gotta do something with this. Thanks again.
