Buying Advice cc sltx 1054

What are your thoughts on buy a cc sltx 1054? Live on about 1.5 acres or relatively flat land with only minimal inclines. I would also use the machine to plow 200+ foot drive.

I assume a cc stlx 1054 is a Cub Cadet?
