CC Price Increase???

It would only figure...

I just start looking for a new mower two weeks ago, and fell in love with the GT2544. The dealers AND the website have it listed at $2,999. I fugure I'll sell my 2135 and go for it (still trying to sell at this point)
Sure enough, I go to check the CC website today, and retail is suddenly $3,299!

What gives? Do you think dealers will still sell their stock units at $2999?
****..I shouldn't have waited...just my luck!

Geez, I was just at the stealer today, but they didn't have any 2544's in the showroom. Just a bunch of 1000 series, a 3K series and a 7000 series. None of them had price tags /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif. Are the prices up across the board?

We recieved the increases this past Monday. They are not across the board just on certain models and acessories.

I noticed that too! In my case the dealer is still quoting $2,999. That will probably only last while existing inventory lasts. I guess I better ask.

The 5000 series also went up. The 5234D up by $300 and the 5254 up by $100. The 5252 stayed the same.
