Caterpillar hydro 10

Hey guys what's up... New to the site here. But I just purchased a 50 gallon drum of TO-4 "TRANSMISSION OIL"... I purchased it to use as hydraulic fluid in my caterpillars mini excavator and, sky track, and my CTL... Just wondering if I got the wrong stuff... Thanks in advance for your time

What weight or viscosity is that oil? Quick internet search showed range from 10 weight to 30 weight.

I would compare this to what the manufacturers specified for your machines.

I'm sorry i just saw this but the caterpillar hydraulic oil that it does take i know Is a 10W... If that helps any?

You don’t want to use the transmission 10 weight. You’d be looking for the 10 wt hydo advanced. Chart with the part numbers attached.
