Can anyone tell me if the MT372D comes with a Cat 0 or Cat 1 hitch and does the PTO turn clockwise or counterclockwise?

Cat 0 is typical for lawn tractors, so without looking at your tractor I would say it is Cat 1 unless it is a lawnmower with tiny little lift arms.
