CASE VAC,No fire at plugs

My CASE VAC 1952 turns over but no apparent arc at the plugs, when plug is held in proximity to the head. I have good electricity to the positive post on the coil. Test light goes on from positive post to negative post on the coil. How do I test for current from coil to distributor? and good electricity to center cap on distributor?

check the points.Set them to .020

Put a timing light on the coil wire, it will show if it is firing or not. Check that the button didn't fall out of the dist cap, it happens.
