My NH Workmaster 65 had the same issues with 50hr filter removal, turning radius and missing 3 point speed control. It seems to be the same tractor.
I had to use a locking chain vice grip on hydraulic filter and oil filter pliers on the oil filter.
There is a hard line to hydraulic hose connector in front of the oil filter I had to disconnect to get the oil filter out. It is a return line so very little fluid was lost.
I removed both shims (thick and thin) from the steering stops to correct the turning radius.
The rear differential lock lever is mounted to a cover under the seat where the 3PT speed control normally is. I pulled back the floor mat and removed the cover. There is a 4mm Allen screw and jamb nut where the control knob normally connects. I loosened that just a little which allowed the 3tp to drop correctly.
