Case 700 Hi/lo lever

I was talking to a guy about his case 700 that he might be interested in selling. I believe its actually a 710B, wide front with gas engine. The guy hasn't had the tractor long and hasn't used it all but we could not figure out how to put the tractor from high to low or low to high. I didn't move the tractor but didn't see any levers to do so. How do I get this tractor to go from high range to low range and vice versa? Thanks

on my 800 the shifter has 4 forward posions at the top, put it in the middle /netural spot & pull down to low side & you have 4 more posions
